It's slightly slower than what you have now. Running at 370 on this board is tough on the NB. Moving to 401 FSB, however, will allow you to slowly work past 800mhz on your RAM to figure out how fast you can get it while keeping it stable. Note that the internal latency is slowed down signficantly once you get past 400 FSB (moves to the 1333 step).
If my machine will be slower, then what is the benefit of running at 401 FSB and higher than 800mhz RAM? Are there some advantages to this I'm missing?
