Not sure for the moment but at least 30' OCCT. So it seems to be

All benchs @3900@1.58 but OCCT impossible cause PWM temp raise above 130°

Need a mobo with RockSolid VRM!
I'd love a new ABIT, but IX38-QuadGT will have same Numeric VRM

yay nice going there aster You should remove the mosfet cooler and remove that tim strip as well. Apply some thermal grease and put it back. Also let a fan blow on your chipset (cause if the chipset gets very hot, the heat goes to the pwm's because of the heatpipe). I did a little mod today:

    This is a 50mm fan

Sorry for low-quality pics (blame nokia, not me :p)

    Greets,

    Interesting!

As you can see in previous page, I removed stock heatsink.
The Northbridge is watercooled with a MCW30
PWMs are aircooled with a HR-09 and a 60fan (stock AMD, same as you ), but thermal tape seems to suck!
I should replace it for Artic Ceramic but i have to remove all components and the mobo so...

Anyway, this mobo is great Overclocker

Sweet Now I have to find a way to cool down the PWM elegantly. Haven't found anyone that has done it just yet.

You can mod the thermalright hr-09 for this board. But there are other ways to do it :p

My screws are too short (I'm going to get longer one this afternoon), but here is a proof that a 50mm fan fits perfectly:

Hehe you are awesome. Now I have some stuff to try. Sadly though I think I run into clearance issues with the Tuniq installed to do the PWM mod.

hmm yes the tuniq tower is one fat lol :p i use vapo on cpu so space ain't a problem :p just bought 3 brand new 50x50x10mm fans (Papst F 512/2) and some longer screws:

    2 x 3,5cm screws for northbridge
    2 x 2,5cm screws for southbridge
    2 x 5cm screws for mosfets

These are the perfect screw sizes :p

For anyone who's wondering what it looks like, here some pictures of the southbridge

I used bios version 13 and had now problems lowering the multiplier on my E6600:

But ofcourse you need the bios 14 because of 1333FSB support

Do you run into clearance issue with your graphics card on the South Bridge? But then again you have a 7900GS which isn't that long.

I've been running my Q6600 on this board for the past week or so at 3.75ghz (417x9). I just picked up a Gigabyte P35 DS3P Friday from NewEgg, so I'll pop that in either tomorrow or Wednesday to see if it's any better at clocking the Q6600.

One tip while running a quadcore: Use an aftermarket NB heatsink. The PWM gets too hot if you keep the stock sink attached to the NB. I have my NB watercooled and the stock heatsink bent like this
    A wolf in wolves clothing.

What MCH Voltage? After putting a fan on it seems to stay relatively cool and my PWM's never go over 45C.
