looks like a good idea,my board is coming with a q6600
4 cores x 4 sticks of ram

all my parts were bought at home depot, out of the speciatly draws that they have in the nuts, bolts and screws isle.

you used a brass washer. was that above the grommet? on the backside, or on top end of the bolt under the nut.

under the nut...

you can use a galvanized washer...i just thought it look prittty!...BUT, if you do use a galvanized washer the bolt will need to be longer than 1/2" if you use that galvanized washer with the rubber washer fused to it.
