My Rig X6 1055T|Crosshair IV Formula|8600GT|2x2024MB@1800|436GB storage
Wow these rigs are awesome. It's inspired me to give watercooling a go I've ordered most of the gear i will need except the vga block.I was looking at the ek full covers blocks.Whats the difference between the EK-FC8800 GTX and the EK-FC8800 GTX - Acetal one's see through and one's not which one performs better and it low restrictive???
cheers
Hi all!
After about a month of checking this Gallery i decided to go for proper water cooling (i've had Zalman Reserator1 which is kinda joke)
I've got some ideas here and this is the result. Im not using chipset coolers because im awaiting new 45nm CPU so i'll get new mobo with that and im gona use chipset coolers than.
Please let me know if there is something that you would not use or do or do somehow differently

Temperatures and performance are compareable with Fuzion WB
But new Viscool CPU WB is very cheap , you can order it here (Only 24,- € or 29,- $ )![]()

January - SLI Rig Of The Month (2008)
Dark Prodigy what pump is that, an Eheim?
Nice rig you got, I think it may do very good in distriuted computing.![]()
Click the link in my sig.![]()
Looks like the 12 volt Eheim 1046.
Specs: Intel Core i7 950 @ 4.2GHz with EK Supreme waterblock. Sapphire HD7970 @ 1125/1575 with EK waterblock. ASUS Sabertooth X58. 3x 2GB OCZ Reaper @ 1600MHz. 128GB Crucial M4. 2x 2TB WD Green. Corsair AX750. XSPC RX480 Radiator. Laing DCC-1T pump. 4x Scythe Gentle Typhoon 120mm @ 6 volt. 4x Sharkoon Silent Eagle 80mm @ 6 volt. Modified Lian-Li PC-71.
They look an awful lot like the older XSPC CPU blocks with the newer mounting brackets.
Those damned Lian-Li casesThey make my P180 look cheap
I've done a little upgrade myself, silence was my main target, and I can assure you that you won't hear anything than harddisks when I give 7 volt to my 18dB papst fans
