And since i am chief of servicing and RMA where mobo was bought....i guess i have to send it away
And i told all this to the importer and they said since they have no boards to replace i can get money back... probably after decent period of waiting...
I am just plain tired of this mobo... who knows if it will ever work fine...
I just have 2 more things to try (disabling all usb, moving memory stick to 3rd slot and installing using original XP cd; and slipstreaming drivers), and if that doesnt work, its bye bye this mobo, and maybe ASUS as well.
This is starting to look more like gypsy voodoo then modern computer work -- disale all usb, move to 3rd slot,...![]()
well to hell with it, if it works i am buying my computer a robo pet as reward
