Does this chip scale on high voltage? Maybe it'll do 5.8ghz 1M stable at 1.925+ V

This chip generates frighteningly heat.
When the voltage is high any further, it becomes easy to down by heat.
I think this voltage and this temperature is the best balance.

do you know how this CPU's goes on air ?

It goes over 3.8G (vcore:1.31V) on normal cooling.

Are all these chip's normal retail's or hand-picked???Because they out of this world
