does it mean that it is impossible to give more then 1.60v to the cpu regardless of the settings from bios? if so why there is more than 1.60v options to select in bios?

Actually what do you think about its performance clock per clock versus other boards,i've done 1M with a 3.2 GHZ Celly 420,unfortunately FSB-walled ate 407
