My DS4 does exactly the same as yours with the E2140. I think we've really hit the proverbial fsb wall there, unfortunately.
On another subject, I'm having some audio interference with the HDA that can't seem to get solved and I'm getting worried it's symptomatic of grounding problems. I've checked if the backplate was touching anything, checked the mobo risers and even tried it with washers on. Now i'm getting instability and last night i had something in the case crackle loudly
Later i'm gonna take the mobo out of the P180 and swap components to see if i can trace this.. :/
Hard wall. Mine is at 375 Mhz. Not a mhz more will boot. And 375 runs orthos at stock volts. I was hoping for 3.0 Ghz and thats all I got...
