    I have these same sticks.
Luckily for you, OCZ has a wonderful RMA process.

The first pair I had *hypothetically speaking* would have died on my 680i Motherboard *hypothetically speaking* if they ran at 2.5v for about 1 month *hypothetically speaking* before one of them decided to die a terrible *hypothetically speaking* death.

    However.

OCZ's warranty only protects up to 2.35v, so I know better than to ever do the idiotic behavior listed above.

    Mine just randomly died.

Having said that, the replacement pair only get 2.1v 24/7 because I'm scared chitless that they'll die as well.

at 2.1v, I run 1111Mhz with 5-4-4-12 timings with no problems.

    I understand...but it's not my problem.if they'll die i'll take another pair
Btw i tried to go till 3 v couse i had to test if they rocks, and they're always perfect...some months...
I think on this ram is important to be sure that the heatsink is installed properly, sometimes it's skew and some chips remains detached

Well.....to clarify, I think eVGA's 680i MoBo is the issue, not so much OCZ's product.
I am definitely happy with my Reapers, and the 680i is solid as a rock - it just eats RAM.

I am impressed , I had enever seen mem clocks anywhere near these

Most of you guys dont mention your rig , is there a particular mobo/chipset you guys are using for extreme clocks ? Or just uber volts ?

Yeah I saw the results in OP , but what mobos are best ? 680i / P35 ? Or depends on other components ?

Sorry for the off topic, but what voltage does Crucial warranty their sticks at? Is it just up to 2.2v? I have the Tracer 8500's right now at 600, but I know they'll hit 700 w/ a lil more volts.

First try with some good sticks {Crucial Ballistix 8000 by promian} & P35 {P5K-Dlx by PCLab.pl} which clock RAM as hell {but the performance is worse than i965 IMO...}.
    http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc?id=216735 - 731.9 real 5-5-5-15, 2,55V @ BIOS no mods

The same boot {with RAM directly @ 700.5}, 1M for some stability:

and SetFSB + F7 in CPU-Z, the result is above .
Maybe I can go higher with some more V {unreal in short period of time, the board is not mine }, looser timings or Single Channel - maybe I will try .

In what way mate ? Can I assume that a P5K-E should have the same potential as your Deluxe ?

dddddaaaaaaaaaaaaaannnnnnnnnnnng 1500ddr on ocz sticks, that's pretty amazing, especially since you pulled it off on a p965 board and not a p35 one.

Looks like ddr2 soon even the 700mhz club will have tons of members like the 600mhz club
