Then leave all other settings on auto, including enabling auto memory speed timings. My E6300/P5B/Ballistix system runs stable @ 470FSB with these settings. With cpu voltage increased to 1.55v in the bios and FSB termination voltage set to 1.45v, it runs at 525FSB nice and hot. Perhaps with 4G of ram you might need 2.2v?
Thanks for your reply, I followed your settings EXACTLY, but I still couldn't get it to POST. I tried both your 470 and 525 settings. It's so weird, maybe I just have a crappy CPU and or motherboard. I am able to run at 425 FSB with everything on auto except cpu voltage at 1.375 and Memory at 2.10, which leaves me at 2975 Mhz. anything else I should try? Thanks again...

PS I only have 2 sticks, 1 gig each, in the yellow sockets.
