They did a good job designing a tight fit; can't move the chips within the spreaders at all ... and the thermal pads are *not* the adhesive variety ... more gelatinous or something ... not adhesive, though ... which I like.
My old mushkin heat spreaders had the same problem as that demonstrated by your HR-07 link ... they slid around in the heatspreader and were a pain press into the RAM slots because the chip would want to displace.
