No real cons; It's a great board. The "Heatsink2" isn't attached the best, but it hasn't caused any failures that I (we?) know of, overclocking included. The 0311 bios seems to be the best performance wise still, and it overclocks great even with all 4 DIMMS populated. (see sig) It's got a bios feature (voltage damper) that arguablably negates the need for a VDroop mod, which is a real blessing on an Asus board.
I guess I can think of one con; it's $225 while competing boards aren't quite as expensive, but I think it's worth it....
Don't take my word for it tho, I already bought it so I'm a bit biased.![]()
