450FSB with NB 1.4v should be fine.. i'd have a fan over passive NB and cpu socket area regardless

as for sub timings i always quote them in order of bios listing from top to bottom

btw your p5k premium should be here very soon..

Looks like they might be planning on either including or selling a fan to clip onto that heatsink with the notches on either side.

    Are you kidding me?

Why would they make a "PREMIUM" board? Which looks identical to the Deluxe board

Unless the SATA RAID, BIOS issues are so serious that they had to correct them with a new board instead of a new REVISION to SCREW everyone who purchased a P5K Deluxe

    Asus P8P67 Deluxe Bios 1602
    Intel Core I7 2600K @ 4.8ghz 1.295V Manual 24/7

    4X2GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600mhz

"Just like the P5K-Deluxe, the new Premium boasts an integrated 7.1 sound card and is cooled by a copper heatpipe system. The only visible difference between the (P5K) Deluxe and Premium are a few lone solid capacitors while an unproven claim promotes the Premium as a cooler-running motherboard. The P5K Premium should arrive in stores as soon as next month."

this was what prompted me to dig for a P5K premium pic on the NEt.. and it seems tt it's true.. lol.

does a fully filled cpu socket mean lower operating temps?
