Am I going to have to clear the CMOS? Any ideas?

Ok good work, already now you could put the settings applied in jumperfree.

    Thanks

But I with the Transaction Booster enabled and the remaining equal values, to motherborad does not do the boot.

That solved the keyboard problem. I first tried it without removing the battery and thankfully that worked.

Now that I've got back into the BIOS I'll tell you'll what I did to get me in this fix!

I have flashed to the 0404 bios and was trying to find my best settings using my new Crucial Ballistix PC-8500 memory. While trying to get it stable I tried a vcore of 1.45v but under full load the cpu temp went to 70c and the cores were 81c. I quickly exited Prime95.

I have a temperature sensor in the tubing going from the CPU waterblock to the tank and it was below 35c. My MB temp was around 30c. I'm asking myself why isn't the CPU getting cooled down. This only happened when I raised vcore. Putting off the obvious of reinstalling the waterblock and possibly lapping my CPU I decided to see if any of the BIOSs setting affected the CPU temperature. That's when I got into this fix.

I can tell you that PECI disabled raised my cpu temperature around 10c. Also with Transaction Booster enabled I couldn't boot: had to use F1 to get back into the BIOS. Finally I enabled CPU TM Function. That was a bad idea. Leave CPU TM Function disabled.

It looks like I'll need to solve this CPU temperature / vcore issue if I'm going to use higher vcore.
