I don't believe crap what the box says. The P5K series is just rubbish and gets hot like an oven compared to others.

Maybe I've gone a bit mad but don't most boards support native 1066MHz DDR2 ?

So what is the difference with P5K Deluxe?

I'm kinda getting sick of Asus.

Hey let's release 5,009,756,595 boards for each chipset in existence...

With "native" asus says that when you put the CPU with NO overclock, the memory can run at 1066mhz speed. Or with other words - it has divider that with 266fsb > 1066mhz memory (there have to be also 200fsb > 1066mhz memory divider).

I don't think P5K Premium's prominent feature is meant to be DDR2-1066Mhz support as P5K Deluxe already does 266FSB 1:2 for that

From what i've been told (not much), P5K Premium is just a better oc'ing version of P5K Deluxe i.e. what Asus Commando is to Asus P5B Deluxe.

Hopefully, I should have P5K Premium soon to compare with P5K Deluxe

LOL? The P5K series has provided some of the best OCs this forum has seen. I personally have achieved insane OCs with reasonable temps.

I found Noticeable diffrerent between P5K Deluxe and P5K Primium!! :

some P5K Deluxe MOSFETs are backside of mobo but in P5K Primium all MOSFETs are onboard!

PS : Again Crap Alminium Cooler for P5K Deluxe and Primium!!
Gigbayte put tons of copper on their P35s but again Asus P35 is more Stable and better overclocker!

I hope that asus resolved the sata issues that p5k deluxe has.
About the differences, I see 3 chokes (RIO) on the upper side of this mobo compared to the 4 that deluxe has...

    Asus release too many boards.

Do they OC better? Well I hope so coz they're also the most expensive P35 boards!

I`m waiting for the P5K Vista Editions, or are they already out??
