What dont I understand here. I have 2G OCZ 1066SLI running 270Mhz (540Mhz) with CPU at 3.25Ghz and in SiSoft Sandra I get 11,000/11,000 buffered and 9000/9000 unbuffered on the memory bandwidth test.

You running 320Mhz (640Mhz) and getting only 8K/8K and 6K/6K respectively.
