And whats Your Vdroop like... mine is outrousious. I run 3.2Ghz 24/7 @ 1.31 set in bios, which translate to 1.22-1.21 real volts under full load. 1.26-1.27 idle.

0.01v droop with P5K Deluxe due to CPU voltage damper enabled in bios (no droop )
