P5B Deluxe: BIOS screens for maximum overclocking success

Okay for some odd reason on my P5B deluxe the Vanderpool Technology is grayed out and I can't change it at all. When I press the down arrow key it skips and jumps to CPU TM function. Does anyone know why?

Power down and enter the bios from a cold boot and it'll be there.

I am new to OC. I tried to apply Freecableguy's bios settings on the first page of this thread and my bios would not even post. Is there anything I can do?
I am currently running:

Asus P5B Deluxe (Bios 1101)
E6600 390 FSB x9 running at 3.52 Ghz
4x1GB G.Skill F2-6400 4:5 running at 975Mhz 4-4-4-12
vMemory 2.35
vCore 1.50 (actually 1.47)
vFSB 1.40
vNB 1.55
vSB 1.60

My temps at load ~ 60C.
