Even with a missis like your dude. You know you'll have all us there if you go the wrong way out. How about to rebuild the whole lot from phase one? Might give a clear picture to any issues
Agree with Pete Luke. I don't know u much dude but things be cool mate, your see bro![]()
Me and sacha had a leak on a unit some time ago, was loosing such a small amount i had the hammer ready to flatten the bloody thing and start again. then more luck than anything "+ many hours" it was found.
Perseverance will find it as you know dude.![]()
Stick with iti like your builds mate.

Live. Work some other time.
I have been there with the depression and bad thoughts when a girl wronged me... in the end, I met my current girlfriend and forgot about the other one. It will take time Luke, give it time.
I am not saying move on... sometimes waiting is a good thing, just dont wait too long. Im sure you know what you need to do.
Some updates from my point of view.
Our team ordered the cascade in order to be able to present the unit at the CeBIT, which wasn't possible as you all know because of several problems getting the unit working properly. But at least i didn't care about this, we had another cascade for CeBIT and i've been happy enough to be able to play with this monster in the future.
Before I gave Luke the order to build, we had a lot of discussions at our team but finally developed a plan to pay this thing. Not all of us have the possibility to spend a lot of cash for extreme cooling and benching, but we all love it (for me it's a very important part of my life), so the plan of paying included basically one of my best friends living next to me, myself and another person.
I payed more than 50% of the estamished costs before Luke started to build; I did a second transfer to give Luke the opportunity to buy more needed parts and finally transfered 100$ via Western Union to buy more gases.
Then my final exams at school started. I changed school twice to reach this point and didn't even power on my system to read emails. I phoned several times a week with my team mates, but not with the one to pay the second rate. When the first parts of the exams finished, the guy doens't answer anymore at ICQ - and that's it. I was forced to organize more than 900$ within a few days, beside writing the second part of my exams. Not a very good situation, but it's solved now.
In fact the story is more complicated like explained here, but that's the version i want to let everyone know. I always followed the slogan "Good cash for good work", and if you check my feedback (i dont know, ask Piotr, check ebay...), you'll see that i'm not the person producing a pile of sh*t like this normally. But things went wrong and got complicated just while i had nearly no time - and that was the problem. I first recognized it when a friend of Luke wrote a mail to my personal mail account which i'm not using for all the overclocking stuff.
NEVER make yourself believe that another one can have exactly the same passion like you have - that's what i learned. Bascially i would have been able to pay that beast in time, but just saw no need because i thought the other guy would pay his rate like promised. I don't want to say i'm free of every fault, because our plannings (which i did basically) went wrong and i hadn't the time to solve the situation when it would have been necessary, but i'm glad all went right in the end.
Now it's time to wait, have a coup of tea (or two) and get this unit running. It will be at the Games Convention Leipzig for sure... And Luke has more than enough time to finish the work. Again a lot of personal stuff, but i think it have been necessary right here. Thanks for reading
Cya on MSN Luke- we have to talk a lot my friend.
Best Greetings from Europe -

Thank you for explaining all situation to everyone my friend
Cheers, Luke
Ah good to see you back online Symphy.
Hello !!
At least I can start updating this thread once again :-)
As because of lots of delays which I`m fighting still (at all 3 units need to be shipped only) I can work on Symphys 3 stager.
I redid it, I used few parts from other cascade and I got finished 2 stages already. I stage is autocascading R290/R744/R1150, -85*C idle at 1 bar suction pressure, loaded ~ 300W at about -60 (10k btu rotary).
Second stage simply, just stage with R1150 which I`m waiting for.
Third stage will be filled with R14/Methane/Argon.
I need to buy two oil return valves, filters/dryiers and that`s all at all.
Pics very, very soon. I want to show one more time frost first. Unit is completly rebuilded and much smaller.
I know how pissing is not having any informations about unit, big thanks for Symphy for patience and no pressure with finishing this unit. Hope this will be small piece of good $hit![]()
12 weeks, beat me.
Messer Poland. Last time when I gotta Ethylene from them it took 3 weeks (three weeks).
Now they told me that rules changed and we have to wait longer. 12 weeks passed and still they don`t know when bottle will arrive to poland.
