Not at all... when you see a round-up, the fans need to be tested by the same person, using the same (consistent) methods. You can't compare SPCR's cfm or dbA numbers to Vapors, because different methods are used to aquire them. I don't really care which ones may be more 'correct' or not, I want to see how the fans compare relative to each other within the roundup.
SPCR is another great resource for fan info (with included recordings), but they also don't care about overclocking or dealing with high temperatures (the fans needed to cool them fall outside the range they care about).
