    LittleDevil's Rotary Cascade

    Here is my lastest cascade with rotary compressors.







    First stage is complete, leak free, i'm only waiting for suction line for secoond stage

    You've really taken to those Plate HX's!
    I do love the plate HX boxes tho. Nice and neat, easy to mount, and easy to mount to.

    MDF and some PVC hose fittings i belive!

    They look dam good and sexy and i think i might even get one to have in mine!

    I love the black feel going on here LD and with the new style of cases too even more nicer!

    I think there sprayed with Plastic Kote Gray Primer which gives them that look and feel there!

    I know these paints very well. The prime i've put through mach 1 to 41K Ft and it didn't chip or flake off. Nice stuff

    nice build as always! clean and good performance.

    but i guess those -118,5 dgr is idle, otherwise I don't know what to say.

    what compressors is used? how many btu? and what gas in first and second stage?

    Great job LD.

    That temp is almost certainly unloaded. He can probably get down to -125°c if it needs much better insulation. Loaded temps should be good with those rotaries too! I'm guessing he wants -100°c loaded .

    I think the gas will probably be r507/r1150.

    LD, how are those Dixel controllers?

    What model number of the controller do you use for the cascade mate, and can it fire the second stage?

    Once again your work is 2nd to none mate.

    I am also impressed with the temperatures you're getting from only 2 stages. Any idea of what you'll get under load?
