MDF and some PVC hose fittings i belive!
They look dam good and sexy and i think i might even get one to have in mine!
I love the black feel going on here LD and with the new style of cases too even more nicer!
Wood? Wow, for some reason I was thinking it was a textured plastic, looks nice![]()
I think there sprayed with Plastic Kote Gray Primer which gives them that look and feel there!
I know these paints very well. The prime i've put through mach 1 to 41K Ft and it didn't chip or flake off. Nice stuff
Here are first temps, need to make better issulatuon

Is that unloaded?
Good job
nice build as always! clean and good performance.
but i guess those -118,5 dgr is idle, otherwise I don't know what to say.
what compressors is used? how many btu? and what gas in first and second stage?
regards
tim
Great job LD.
That temp is almost certainly unloaded. He can probably get down to -125°c if it needs much better insulation. Loaded temps should be good with those rotaries too! I'm guessing he wants -100°c loaded.
I think the gas will probably be r507/r1150.
I hope to reach better load temps than 100°cTomorrow i need to make better issulation and set up dixel

LD, how are those Dixel controllers?
What model number of the controller do you use for the cascade mate, and can it fire the second stage?
Once again your work is 2nd to none mate.
Absolutely beautiful construction LittleDevil![]()
I am also impressed with the temperatures you're getting from only 2 stages. Any idea of what you'll get under load?

Hi Ld, any under load temperatures update ?
