hey i it my ram thats holding me back me thinks.

i have tried 4-4-4-15-4-25-3-11-12-3-8-6-6-5-6-4

and the ram still fails at 465.should i try cooling it or uping vtt to 1.3 ??

also this ram should do 1000 shouldent it ?
