I've mostly been running with Static Read Control on Auto. I haven't taken the time to run any benchmarks to compare other than what memtest86+ shows. Auto and Enable seem the same for me, Disable seems to reduce the memory performance number in memtest86+ by around 4%, similar to the difference you saw between Boost enabled and level 1, and boost disabled and level 0.

I need to play around with this more. Perhaps having Static Read Control set to Auto/Enabled is the reason I can't post with Transaction Booster enabled and set to level 1.
