saying we should focus on dx9 because there's no dx10 game out yet is stupid. crysis, alan wake, et al are coming, IF g80 can't compare with the r600 in dx10 that would be very disappointing. buyers expect the g80 to perform well on dx10 not only on dx9, they are high-end after all.

Exactly, the FX 5900 was very disappointing too on Pixel Shader 3.0, so the same could happen with G80.
