(Inq) Bearlake launch and NDA lift: May 9th

    http://www.theinq.com/default.aspx?article=39339

INTEL HAS brought forward the launch of its Bearlake chipset and, from May 27th to May 9th, one week from now.

We talked over with several motherboard manufacturers and they are all ready for Bearlake launch, while memory manufactures are getting ready to crank up the production into real volume.

Intel informed NDA-signing hacks not to publish, benchmark results on May 9th - and not before.

This means a P35 motherboard is closer than a DFI 965, lol

On what production size is this made? 65nm or 90nm? (And on what size was the 965?)

    one shop here in Germany
    has ASUS P5K Deluxe (P35 DDR2), ASUS P5K3 (P35 DDR3) Deluxe and ASUS P5K (P35 DDR2).

Some guys of our hardware froums have ordered the Boards.
But I think it is a mistake of the shop because of the NDA dates.

Misco in UK have the DDR2 Gigabyte P35 board up.

    http://www.misco.co.uk/applications/...&sourceid=2021

    Question time about this.

    a) Can I put my E6320 in one of the DDR2 boards?
    b) Can I put my E6320 in one of the DDR3 boards and then just buy DDR3 RAM?
    c) Whenare we looking at the release of the new CPUs to go with this then?
