You can get all sorts of sound dampening mat. The best are the one's with double layers. First the soft and thick mat that absorbs the sound waves and then the heavy and thin bitumen mat that prevents the case from resonating

The Ultra 120 only comes with clips for 1 fan, I have multiple rigs using this cooler so I couls set this one up with clips but you can mount 2 120's using zip ties as shown in the attached photo. Just run one tie through the fans and cooler, use a second tie to lock it and cut everything but the end off of the locking zip tie.
