[First Look] DFI 680i LT NF-680i LT SLI (56K Warning~~~)

Here in Tokyo, the LANPARTY UT NF680I SLI-T2R/G go retail from April 27th...

I wonder though, the local distro says they will be "true" 680i chipset, but the DFI website only has a entry for the 680i LT model...

Let's hope it hits the US market around the same time.

According to nVidia's specs the 680i LT chipset is virtually identical to the 680i; the major difference being that the LT doesn't support linkboost. However, nVidia has disabled a lot of features on the reference 680i LT design. DFI's board unlocks the full potential of the chipset to be comparable to the reference 680i; so naturally people assume that DFI has to be using the regular 680i chipset.
