    the gtl values were taken from intel specs using the voltage scale used by oskar in the bios, shrek posted a link to this at dfi club, having used the nearest to spec on dual core and found it worked better. Quad core needs higher gtl ref voltages. In terms of component life using GTL I would not concern myself excesivley, you are far more likely to hurt compnents with vnb and vcore and vdimm than gtl ref . Remember to stick within 75-85 on most dual core cpu's and you should be ok for higher clocks booting up stable.


    Pcie is a voltage we routinely abuse on most boards, on this board near staock works best once gtl is tuned..
