I tested 5-4-4-9 vs 5-5-5-9 with SuperPI and 3DMark. 5-4-4-9 was better in both tests. For example 5-4-4-9 was ~1.2 sec quicker in SuperPI 8M than 5-5-5-9.

They are dying and have an 'unstable zone' between 1.95v & 2.3v, so i'm careful with them till I get a 4Gb kit
Can You give us more info about that?

I Have 2 pairs of 2gb kit CellShock 6400 (gmh) and after 1 month they need more voltage for same Mhz.

    Eg I had 2.15v @ 450 4-4-4-12 and now I need 2.3v to be stable...
BUT only with the one dimm. Not both
I cannot even boot at 533@1.8v...I need to boot only with ''good'' stick set 2.25 eg and boot with both.

Same to my older 2gb kit...
    Its realy too disappointing
