Try finding a company that has BGA soldering machine, maybe they could solder them back...

I had those sticks, but I must have gooten a bad sample... the wouldn't ru stable at rated timings & freq even. Highest stable freq = 804 MHz @ 5-5-5-15, highest stable volts = 1.975V, they ra hot like hell, the fil covering shiny "GeIL" letters rolled and melted from heat
