So that's about it tried for 400 fsb no more and no boot at all.
My advice would be to go up to 1.5500v on the vcore and try it. Not suggesting you stay there, just try it and see if you can at least boot. Watch your temps of course. You might also try relaxing the memory timings a little. Again, not suggesting you stay there but get the system to boot and be stable first.
