    Just got my 6400-1GBHZ from RMA
    look what they have changed for me instead of that pair of GCT.

    with a different heat spreader:



    Here comes the................


    BUT I can tell you GMHs with 7XXXX code goes up to 520@2.3V only
    can't go futher with higher voltage even looser timings.
