I have been all over the place once again today, and I can only run my GSkill PC2-8000s at stock 500FSB below 3500Mhz. Anything above 3500Mhz and I have to start reducing my fsb.....Is this maybe a cpu limitation or mobo or chipset?

I can run 445fsb 1:1 @ 4004Mhz Orthos 13Hr+ stable, so I've hit my Mhz goal, but want to get my ram up to stock specs of 500 4-4-4-5 at this speed. Is it possible?

Should I mess with the straps? Plz explain.

What do you think? Anyone?
What did you set your vcore in bios to get that? I've had mine up to 1.5725 so far and small FFT's fail right away. I haven't touched any of the other voltages yet and my memory is rock solid at 1k 4,4,4,12 2.2v in unlinked mode.

PS: Theres a guy on the abit forums running into the same sort of issue with kingston pc9600. Have you tried unlinked? Because I don't have that problem with my Patriot.

PS#2: I'll give 445 fsb a shot with the memory at 800 and see if it is an issue for me.
