do as ziddy said but i will also add that this 350mhz range is a known hole for so many conroe boards. and has been known to be so for a long time now.
dont even mess around trying to inch your way up.
slam the vcore to 1.5 (just for now)
gmch is fine on auto
vdimm on +3 should be fine, 400mhz is only 800mhz ram
lock the pci-e at 110mhz
lock the ram divider at +2.00
thats it, crank it to 400 FSB and reboot.
p.s.
i dont believe for one second that the 4300's have a FSB wall.
the FSB of an Intel is not part of the cpu itself, although the bus speed is and if it cant handle a higher bus speed then yes, i suppose its possible but we have seen this stuff before, in the celerons, and it was 200mhz FSB, but the trick was, was to slam it past that and so many of them would run just fine.
and the conroes, as i stated have had a hole around 350mhz, and all that was need was going beyond it.
