    So is this EK block the best water cooling block money can buy for the 8800GTX?

    ek blocks > all other full cover blocks


    so yes... but just make sure you get the delrin top for it

    there is still the debate over full cover vs MCW60 with MC14s.

    I have my 2XGTS with out IHS @ 30-34c on MCW60s :-P

    get the clear one if you can see it inside your case....because its so pretty...seriously... otherwise get the other one if you want i have both tops because i couldnt decide but i went with the clear

    Can anyone tell me if the PCI slots above and under the GPU are usable with this block mounted ? I own a Commando board and need all the PCI slots...

    Plexi might burst when it gets to cold or temps change fast.
    With plain watersetup theres no need for delrin, for some extremer cooling its definatly a must have !!
