    My aluminium SLI pots

Today was the birth of my new SLI aluminium pots

Here are the pictures of fabrication (it took 5 hours to make them)

I started of with aluminium block 7x7cm and 45cm long..

First i had to cut them to lenght (21cm)

Raw material compared to alredy made copper Zbogi`s container.

    Then The real fabrication began.

    Machined down to 54x54x200mm

    Some more work

    Alomost there

And finished pots only need to do the fine finish and lap them + need to fabricate mountig...

    well thats it comments welcome

    Very nicely done

Why did you choose aluminum pots instead of copper?

    thx guys

I took aluminium over copper because the price for copper is just insane over here...

I will probably stop by a store today to get some aluminium 4mm thick plates for mounting + get some water sand paper grit 600-1200 and some polish paste so i can finish them.

Thx for all the kind words guys really appreciaded

I will post results with DICE on monday or thursday when i complete the mounting for these two babys and then we will see how they perform towards zbogi`s copper pots and i`ll decide if i will be making a few more, since a got a few PM`s.

About polishing im a perfectionist wether it`s about case modding, voltmoding, girls or in this case fabricating pots
