using the newest version of CPU-Z, it shows actual 4-5-5-14 2T? Anyone else experience this?
Mine does that to when using SPD...no biggie really. Just sett your timigns maually.

I don´t depend on it entirely, but good enough to use as a guidence.
Volt rails are off about 3% ..my temps compared to Core Temp differ about 4-5 degree. As for the vcore and vdimm ha haven´t measured it with multimeter yet.

Haven´t yet figured out exactly what it does...and it hasn´t been given me any increas either. I belive the setting in bios would be "DDR2 Controller Ref. Voltage"

Well...for 3.6ghz theese are the settings I´m using:
Code:
AI Tuning: Manual
Nvidia GPU Ex: Disabled
LinkBoost: Disabled
FSB - Memory Clock Mode: Unlinked
FSB - Memory Raio: If unlinked used above...then this should default to AUTO.
FSB (QDR), Mhz: 1600mhz
MEM (DDR), Mhz: 1000mhz
Vcore Voltage: Depends on your cpu really...but mine is stable at 1.36
Memory Voltage: Depends on your memory...mine is at 2.2v
1.2v HT Voltage: 1.4v
NB Core Voltage: 1.45v
SB Core Voltage: 1.5v
CPU VTT Voltage: 1.45v
DDRII Controller Ref Voltage: AUTO
DDRII Channel A Ref Voltage: AUTO
DDRII Channel B Ref Voltage: AUTO
(these settings is totaly up to your memory...start with slack timings and work your way down.)
tCL (CAS Latency): 4
tRCD: 4
tRP: 4
tRAS: 10
Command Per Clock (CMD): 2 clock (2T)
Advance Memory Settings
tRRD: AUTO
tRC: AUTO
tWR: AUTO
tWTR: AUTO
tREF: AUTO
Async Latency: AUTO

SATA Spread Spectrum: Disabled
LDT Spread Spectrum: Disabled
CPU Internal Thermal Control: Disabled
Limit CPUID MaxVal: Disabled
Enhanced C1 (C1E): Disabled
Execute Disable Bit: Enabled
Virtualization Technology: Disabled
Enhanced Intel Speedstep Tech: Disabled
LDT Frequency: 4x
(you can gain som performance if you got an "NVIDIA" card buy tweaking these)
PCIEX16_1 Frequency (Mhz): 115-120
PCIEX16_2 Frequency (Mhz): 115-120
PCIEX16_3 Frequency (Mhz): 115-120
SPP<->MCP Ref Clock, Mhz: 205
Hope this could give you atleast some help.
