Got my X1950XTX today, Ati Tool 0.26 works fine.
GPU watercooled ~ no mods.. (yet)

vgpu 1.5V @ at least 725MHz (I've to test more)
mvddc 2.083 stock
mvddq 2.080 stock
vddci 1.58V

EDIT:

vGPU 1.575V ~ 796-803MHz is maximum with +15C water...
Tests just freeze, don't go more.
I need some vGPU & IGPU-mods..uh.

install stock drivers (7.1) dont use ati tray tools or atitool, dont disable the hotkey pollar service, and make sure CROSSfire is checked in CCC

It work for now...but the cable who connect two cards maybe not work correctly,in 3dmark 05 and 06 system is restarting of one precisely place ,even when i start only this test(canyon flight).

If the cable is not correctly connected, you should have no crossfire at all, so I dont think that is causing the issue

What im stuck with is how to increase the Clocks for 3D Mode?

I increase the clocks using ATi Radeon BIOS Tuner (RaBiT) 2.0a but its only for 2D mode?

This is a noob question i know and i cant find the answer

I Need Help,

I flashed my X1900XT Saphire CF 512mb edition.

To a X1900XTX and its messed things up seriously.

The system still boots and goes into windows Safe Mode. It will crash in normal Windows Boot.

The problem is that when i try to reflash to my older Bios it wont let me, This is using ATIWINFLASH

It says "Critical File Missing. Please Download and run video bios flash files again."
I tryed using Flash tool in dos and it gives a error.

Any Advice..

I am using Rabit 2.2.1 to edit my bios file.

What are the lowest, working voltages for my X1900XTX?

I currently have set it to:

2D: 1.1v - 405 mhz (core) / 405 mhz (mem)
2D overdrive: 1.1 - 405 mhz (core) / 405 mhz (mem) / T max: 120
3D overdrive: 1.35v - 641 mhz (core) / 765 mhz (mem) / T max 120

Are these values safe? Or can they be lower without thrashing my card?

You can overclock both cards with Later ATI Tool
Go into settings and select the different device ID and load 3Dprofiles for each seperately.

HHawk- dont mess with your bios, just use ati tray tools 2d/3d auto overclocking profile

the values vary from card to card, test yours first. and u only specified one voltage there are 3 voltages you can regulate.

Half of the time I get the message 'kernel mode driver not loaded' or something to that extent. Only a reinstall fixes this, sometimes only with driver reinstallation. Version 0.26 / 0.27 beta

Plus it seems to have difficulty with 2d / 3d mode switching. If I set a given overclock it resets to default 3d at the next 3dmark test. 2d clocks are set on startup of Atitool, loading 3d clocks (artefact scanner for example) on desktop results in immediate crash as the voltage doesnt come up automatically. It just sits there at 1.2v... I thought when starting Atitool 3d clocks were always loaded?

I also get a message that the ati services are disabled, which would explain this 2d / 3d problem but no such thing as 'ati services' is to be found in the available services under administrative tools > services and nothing Ati related is disabled.

Damn I need to get this working as Im getting this 1950 onw ater this week. I need auto overvolt and overclock when loading 3d apps.
