    I don't know my batch but its 2.924ghz on 1.45v cpu-z 12hrs prime stable on air. Smart Guardian for whats its worth says I load at 38-40c. Idle is 28-31c.

    Your temps sounds right...hmm are you stil using 500w psu thats you have in your sign?, can you check how low your +12 and +5 are in bios for me(not in widows check it in bios ), Maybe your psu is to weak...i have a friend with a 500w thats have problems to run his 148 opteron over 2.85ghz and i have run it @ 3.04ghz 24/7 before and his +12v is droping in bios(<-11.9v)

    Damn i want to know your batch so i can avoid the batch thats are close to it, if it not are your psu that holding you back.

    bios is 12.22. I don't have a drop on any of the atx power connectors. Plus I've tried ocing without the second hd and dvd-rom plugged in to eliminate the psu as a factor.
