Revision 2 Gigabyte 965 boards coming mid october.

gigabytes done quite well with thier 965 boards and conroe overclocking recently, and I thought it might be interesting to hear, that the new revision that supports conroes is due out in mid october.
I would assume this would also be a C2 revision, a revision known to easily hit 500 FSB so I hear. either way the new revision is officially made to support the Kentsfield, so C2 is just my speculation, not fact.

    Gigabyte

Gigabyte provided an extensive list of models that would support Kentsfield. However, all of these models are Revision 2 boards that will be released in mid- October. Gigabyte made it very clear that all Revision 2.0 boards below will fully support Kentsfield.

The 7950GX2 splits the 16X PCI-E in to two: 8x lanes for each gpu.

    Hi all,
Does 'revision 2' just mean a BIOS update or are there hardware changes to the board? If I buy a Revision 1 board will I be able to update it later?
    Thanks!
