Jin nice guide. In fact all the ones you have been making are helpful. here's a tip on the proper way to adjust a o2/acet torch for brazing.
your torch should be adjusted for a "quit" flame with a inner blue tip just starting to "feather" sounds like you can reduce your regulators a little.you have to much what is called "blow" turn pressures down to torch quitens down and the inner blue flame tips start to feather. This will be a slightly cooler flame,work the torch more,say 270 degrees around, and keep touching the rod to the oppisite side as the heat. when its hot enougth, the rod will melt and flow around towards the heat. Remember the filler (rod) flows towards the heat ,that why you apply it to the oppsite side you are heating.
forgot to mention by using a cooler flame set right th o2 is mostly ued up in the combustion process of making heat and you can use the torch flame to sheild the joint on the outside the same way you use nitrogen on the inside. after some practice you n make a perfect joint with littlle to no sooting or scale to clean.
