    MemSet for AMD

    MemSet is a memory tweaker for:
    -INTEL 815 845 855 865 875 915 925 945 946 955 965 975 P35 P45 X38 & X48.
    -AMD K8 ddr&ddr2.
    -AMD K10 ddr2&ddr3.
    -NVIDIA NForce2, NForce 650i & 680i.
    -VIA KT266/333/400/600.

    Here is the 3.5 version (for 2000 /XP /Vista 32&64 bits):MemSet.exe

    And here is a little soft which allow to access PCI registers on all boards,
    Extended PCI registers on K10 and MCHBAR on Intel chipsets: BarEdit.exe
    You can read and write with it,and save the reading in a text.
    (see datasheet before use)

    You can find some timings explication here: www.tweakers.fr

    If you find a bug,Reporte me please.
    Screens are welcome.

    as u see A64Tweaker doesn't work, too. i chose "166" then pressed "Set", but neither A64Tweaker nor Cpu-z shows 166 mhz. but bios can change frequency.
    may be my ram isn't supported?

    no.. i think if you use A64 info and open the read me text, you will see it can have too an issue to change the speed of DDR in windows..

    This type of tweaker is for change the latencies, timings of DDR, for change the speed of DDR it's more safe do this in bios..
    But it can be too a CPU-Z issue, try perhaps verifiy then with another soft..

    Thats Tref not the DDR speed. You need to look at the other side of A64 tweaker on the memclk frequency tab

    I updated MemSet for 3.0 version:

    MemSet3.0.zip

    If I resume changes between 2.1:
    -add support for Intel 965 ,AMD A64 ddr&ddr2;
    -not necessary to install/uninstall driver;
    -Save function was simplified.
    -finally all the code was changed...

    hey felix...awesome work porting this over to the AMD ring, i love memset for screenshots because of the width and small amount of space it takes.

    can i suggest that you update your first post with the latest version though...makes it much easier to grab the newest version. thanx for the great work, keep it up.

    ...

    Here is a beta version of memset:
    MemSet31

    -add support for 680i chipset
    -add reading frequency for all chipsets and A64,(except for 680i),
    but possible bug with this fonction.
    -Changing reading memory size
    -some bugs corrected.

    Report me bugs or problem...
