A 7900 GT has 24 pipes just like a 7800 GTX 512 and 7900 GTX....therefore, when you push it to the same clocks it's pretty much the same.

I can get over 670/2080 benchable with my evga 7900gt CO, 1,4vgpu & 2,15 VDDR, BTW my score is over 11400 only... ( using 920@4,5ghz)

I can see that you don't have any problem with overcurrent protection. Do you get black screens with 1.6V? If not OCP mod must work.
My max core clock is 740 + 20MHz delta with 1.55V and 760 + 20MHZ delta with 1.6V, but after first test I get black screen when test 2 should begin.
