I got also A8N32, 4400+ and the same 2X1 gig Ballistix.
Can you post your best OC bios settings for us?
Or at least, the settings for 2,8-2,9 GHZ.
(300X9 works on my system, i didn't succeed more)

I overclock the PC I use everyday so I need to be carefull not to lose my data.

These are my stable limits by now (I am not sure it is the best I can do):
FSB350, DDR560 and CPU at 2804MHz
