Which G Skill ram to get,,, need help on picking from people who have...

I am looking to get a new set of ram to test out on my rig, and decided to go G skill but there are two sets im considering maybe 3,,,

I need to stay at atleast 2gb for the sake of windows X64 so all the nice BH-5 and TCCD kits are out,,, here is my options,,, not sure what to pick...

    Choice 1) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231034

    G.SKILL 2GB (2 x 1GB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM Unbuffered DDR 400 (PC 3200)

::: this set sells for $245 on newegg and is stated as 2-3-2-5 timings and some reviews say it runs up to,,, 265 at 3-3-2-0, if thats possible,, many report 0 tras,,,

    Choice 2) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231032

    G.SKILL Extreme Series 2GB (2 x 1GB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM Unbuffered DDR 400 (PC 3200)

::: sells at $194 also rated as 2-3-2-5 and people report it hits low 200-240 and some higher but not certain,,,,

    Choice 3) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231021

    .SKILL Extreme Series 2GB (2 x 1GB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM Unbuffered DDR 500 (PC 4000)

::: Sells for $195 and these have reviews at hittint 285,,, 275,,, and so on,,, with timings like 3-4-4-8 ,,,,
    ----------------------------------------------------------------
Now should I go with low latency ram that maxes out slower or just get the DDR 500 set,,,, dont really mind paying for the $245 set if its the best value but i would like the ability to get to higher numbers since im gonna be fooling around with a new opt 165 and maybe 170 to test mhz,,,,

any advice from users of the ram on what these sets actually hit,,,

    3 for sure

Go for more clocks and don't worry about the timings, they account for smaller % of total performance.

yea, alot of people are getting 275 - 285 range from hz's. Mine will do about 267stable, but I can run them at 250 @ 3 3 3 6 just fine. They also don't require many volts. 2.6 seems to feed them nice.

    Good luck with yours bro!
