They big question is who cares.. C3D GTO is 180 bucks and are all unlockable to 16pipes...

Unless this card has a 190 dollar pricetag, is R480, and has 1.6ns ram its not even worth looking at.

...not to rain on your parade but the connect3d's usually get up to 550 average and 600 on mem. i hardly think that is worth it unless its like 130-150 dollars

onthree.. Havnt seen that info. It seems that Connect 3D is making a larger effort to lock out or use dammaged cores, or they just ran out of good R423's. In any case I'm happy I got my GTO when I did.

YOu can't rain on anyone's parade with "usual" numbers. Most people I know that bought a Connect3D GTO cannot hit 520/540 with stability...even with 12 pipes.

The only gto that currently unlocks and overclocks without fail is the GTO2, the C3D gto is a risky investment. If this is less than $200 w/ vivo and a good bundle, i'll be giving it serious consideration.

Though currently, the GTO2 retail is $219: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814102634 ... so it'll have to be ~$180 for it to be reasonable.

yeah, on the newegg personal reviews, all the latest are reporting no unlocks. i'm thinking of selling my good core clocking GTO to get something better or at least different.

Or you could spend $40 more and get the GTO2 which has almost a 100% success rate..

The price of reliability is the pursuit of the utmost simplicity. It is a price which the very rich find most hard to pay.
