tried a new PSU - still same probs

anywhoo, K read somewhere about the onboard 1394/LAN controller not being upto much, so K disabled it for a while and tried some "noob tweaking" for max HTT 1:1 1T

windows loaded once at 250HTT with the 183 divider and using A64Tweaker to set it to 200 managed to get this screenie (don't even think about asking for any benchmarks lol)

max windows loadup (plus a few loops of PRIME and SuperPI1M(31sec)) was 247MHz

now the weird thing - K re-enabled the onboard NIC & LAN and the damn thing wont even think about anything higher than 232MHz HTT????

so how do you use the MAC LAN thing on this mobo then? It asks for a MAC Address and K have no idea what that is =/

    anybody have any ideas?

will try CAS2 later for you Sin

Pretty good there Sk. Your mac address is it there or is it FFFFFFFF? See if it is there and let us know?

Ok Sk. go to start/run open cmd then type ipconfig/all make sure you have BOTH lans enabled in bios and windows and see if you have a physical address. Maybe when you flashed you lost your address. If thats the case you will have to use the right switch to get it back wich will be depending on bios AWFL833D.EXE 7025nms.180 /py /sn /nvmac:xxxxxxxxxxxx /wb /cc /cd .(example)

First try ipconfig /all see what you have, then ipconfig /release, then ipconfig /renew all with forward slash in cmd.
