Look forward to your results mate.
With two 3700+ San Diegos running 2900-3000 mhz (including a 0516WPMW), what does one do for an encore? So I hadda get an FX-57. Here's my 0530APMW, for starters: 300x10, 2.5-3-3-7, SuperPI 32M stable at default VCORE, also passes both CPU tests in 3DMark2005:
Note I am running the 510-2 BIOS - I was too lazy to switch BIOSs for TCCD. And no, it isn't air, but close (HC200).
I just bought a used MachII and it's on it's way . . .
Ok just getting into this. I know I have more room to go but what you think so far?

ah, good eyes, missed that
next thought....MORE VOLTS....work it 'till it BLEEDS!
Looks really good. Y is the ram sooo low. U should set the trc to 11.
I set the trc to 11. When you say so low, i am assuming that you mean why such loose timings? Correct? If so to tell you the truth I just hadnt had the time to run my memory through all the memtest to see whats the best i can get out of them. Any suggestions?

FX-57 on air would be a waste, although at 3.1ghz+ on air would be cool for the novelty factor. For day-to-day use though I can't see paying a premium price for a FX-57 and then letting the CPU be limited by temps.
If you have time, please run off some SuperPi at 32M.![]()
Sourcing parts for a mildly over clocked abacus.
@danstar...that 0530 looking good..
Pump a little more volt and you can easily cleared 3.5G with vapo..
Heres same setting with utt....
