I really didnt think about the condensation level locking up the CPU. The Mushkin 4200 are great chips. Not very expensive either. Getting to 5 Ghz is all in the luck of the cards with your chip. Good Luck! Why are your -Rails all screwed up. They are very low. It seems like your PSU cannot handle the power very well.
